Shining Gyarados is a rare shining Pokemon card from Pokemon Neo Revelation, card 65 of 64, released September 21, 2001 in the Neo series. The illustration is by Ken Sugimori.
Shining Gyarados from Neo Revelation is one of the first two 'Shining' cards in the English game — the first cards to depict shiny-colored Pokémon, printed as secret rares above the set number. With Shining Magikarp it created the template for every alternate-color chase card since.
