About Rip Station

Rip Station is operated by Byzantine Port Technologies Inc., a Panama company and subsidiary of Byzantion Inc., a Delaware corporation. The service is at ripstation.io. You buy digital goods with randomized contents—not marketed as gambling—and each opening assigns a real graded card stored in insured third-party vaults. Rip Station is a custodial agent, not an insurer. After purchase you hold title and may keep the card vaulted, ship the slab, or within seven days optionally sell it back at 83% of current estimated market value, not pack price. Buyback is not guaranteed liquidity. There is no shutdown fund; if the service ends, vaulted items typically have a 30-day claim window. Sui records represent vaulted items, not equity.

Vault custody

Physical collectibles are stored at third-party professional vault and grading facilities. Rip Station acts as a custodial agent. Users retain ownership of vaulted items; title is assigned upon purchase. Insurance coverage for vaulted assets is subject to policy terms, deductibles, limits, and vault-partner agreements. Rip Station itself does not act as an insurer of stored goods.

Sui records

Sui is the blockchain used for digital records of vaulted cards and wallet balances. Those records are not equity, debt, revenue share, governance rights, or an investment contract. An on-chain object is not physical delivery and is not a solvency guarantee. Redeeming a slab for shipment is a separate claim process.
