Gengar is a rare holo Pokemon card from Pokemon Fossil, card 5 of 62, released October 10, 1999 in the Base series. The illustration is by Keiji Kinebuchi.
Fossil Gengar introduced the line's most popular ghost in holofoil. Curse — moving damage counters — made it a real engine piece with Alakazam's Damage Swap, and Halloween-adjacent demand keeps this holo moving decades later.
