The Pack Report is published by Rip Station. We say so on every page so you can weigh what we write accordingly. Figures are quoted from the sources linked, with the date we read them. Terms change; check the operator before you rely on a number.

Tilt Rips sells random Pokemon pulls, mostly raw with graded cards in the higher tiers, from $10 to $3,000, with no blockchain. Rip Station sells graded slabs only, $25 to $500, on Sui.

Where Tilt Rips is ahead

  • Headline buyback. 90 percent of live market value with no fee, against 83 percent.
  • Payments. Cards, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, wire, Interac and ten-plus cryptocurrencies. Rip Station takes cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and USDC.
  • Price range and apps. $10 entry, $3,000 top, iOS and Android.

Where Rip Station is ahead

  • What you are pulling. A PSA, BGS or CGC slab with a public cert number and a published estimated value. Tilt Rips' inventory is largely raw, so 'live market value' is a condition judgement the platform makes for you.
  • Odds and EV. Published per machine with a timestamp. Tilt Rips' homepage discloses no odds.
  • Shipping. Same-day dispatch, about $11 for a US slab. Tilt Rips says 'up to 6 weeks,' and shipping waits are the top Trustpilot complaint (3.0 from 170 reviews).
  • Withdrawals. No withdrawal fee published; Tilt Rips charges $2 per a review and withdrawal friction is its second-most-common complaint.
  • Custody disclosure. Neither names a vault, but Rip Station publishes shutdown terms (30 days to claim cards).

Call it

Tilt Rips if you want cheap raw-card pulls and a high sell-back rate and do not plan to ship. Rip Station if you want graded cards, published EV and the slab in the mail this week. Rip Station publishes this site.

How we compared

We read each platform's own pages first (FAQ, docs, terms, help centre) on the date above and quoted what they say. Where a site could not be read without a browser, or published nothing, we fell back to dated third-party reviews and marked them. Percentages are not interchangeable across rows: a buyback quoted against "insured value" set by the platform, against "fair market value" from an undisclosed method, and against a timestamped estimate from public comps are three different promises. Every cell carries a numbered source. If a platform changes a term, the number here is wrong until we re-read it; check the operator before relying on it.

See the full twelve-platform comparison.
